Staff interactions were pleasant. they remembered our preferences, adding a personal touch to the service. finding the hotel entrance was a bit of a challenge. It felt like a hidden spot rather than a prominent hotel entry. breakfast sometimes got crowded, making it hard to find a place to sit. Despite these minor inconveniences, I look forward to returning.
